Brad Marcotte is a skilled classical pianist and instructor with ten years of teaching experience in the Denver Area. As a dedicated teacher and musician, Brad manages a community-based studio that serves pupils of various ages, abilities and interests. Within a diverse studio, Brad strives to provide a strong and enjoyable education for young beginners, intermediate pupils, advancing young artists and adults who are eager to fulfill their musical ambitions. His students have participated in MTNA recitals, festivals, masterclasses and competitions and have attended the Denver School of the Arts, local colleges and major universities as piano majors.
Brad Marcotte earned his Master’s degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado at Boulder under the study of Dr. Andrew Cooperstock and Dr. Alejandro Cremaschi with additional studies in Alexander Technique. He completed his Bachelor’s of Music in Piano Performance from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2005 and is a member of both the Colorado State Music Teacher’s Association and the Music Teacher’s National Association.
